Talia Douglas is a compassionate and skilled physical therapist committed to helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their personal health and wellness goals. She earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Radford University, where she was also a Division I softball player, and went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. With her extensive background in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports therapy, and post-surgical recovery, Talia combines evidence-based techniques with a personalized approach to deliver exceptional care.
Outside of the clinic, Talia enjoys an active lifestyle and is passionate about traveling, reading, and working out. She spends her free time with her fiancé, Brock, and their cat, Mia, and is on a mission to hike all 63 National Parks. Talia’s experience as a former collegiate athlete gives her a unique perspective on athletic performance and recovery, which she brings into her practice to help patients of all activity levels get back to doing what they love.
