Bruce Thomas II, M.D.

Bruce J. Thomas II, MD Dr. Thomas is the Medical Director of Top Tier Sports Medicine. He serves currently as the Medical Director for the LPGA and Symetra Tours, and is on the medical staff of the Washington Nationals. He has covered high profile sporting events throughout the world for two decades. His passion is taking care of athletes of all levels and ages.

Jeremy Stewart MPT

Jeremy received his undergraduate degree in Recreation from Indiana University and the completed his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville in 2000. While attending Indiana University Jeremy became an avid cyclist competing in the Little 500 bicycle race. While earning his physical therapy degree Jeremy began competing in area triathlons and has continued this endeavor since graduation. Jeremy brings his passion of endurance sports to the clinic and community through rehabilitating endurance athletes, running assessments, and community lectures at area running camps on injury recognition and prevention. In addition Jeremy provides rehabilitation on the LPGA tour as per diem therapist at events around the United States. Jeremy, wife Audrey and daughter Emma enjoy following Florida football teams on the weekends!

Curtis Crook MPT

Curtis Crook is a physical therapist of 14 years specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Curtis graduated from University of Maryland with his BS in Kinesiology and Western University of Health Sciences with his Masters in Physical Therapy. Currently Curtis is the Director of Rehabilitation for the LPGA and travels with the LPGA Tour. He will be representing Top Tier Sports Medicine as a physical therapist at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. Socially Curtis enjoys being physically active with an added passion for cycling and golf.

Brian Pogue DPT, ATC/L

Brian Pogue is a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer originally from the Melbourne area. He attended Eau Gallie High School. Brian played baseball in college and was a member of Brevard Community College 1989 World Series team. He received his Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training form the University of Florida. After graduation, Brian worked in various athletic training settings, including professional, college, clinical, and high school providing ATC coverage. He has worked as the Head ATC in both the high school and collegiate settings. Brian went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for the Health Sciences. For the last 4 years Brian has served as the Minor League Physical Therapist for the Washington Nationals providing rehab services for players at all levels. Brian has many years of experience in the rehabilitation of overhead and throwing athletes. He provides consultation services, game/tournament coverage, and participated in medical physicals for local high schools, Eastern Florida State College, and Florida Institute of Technology athletes. Brian is married to his wife Tracy of 21 years and has two sons Matthew and Nicholas. 

Chris Wicker DPT

Chris Wicker is a physical therapist to elite athletes in many sports. He graduated with BA in Sociology from Western New England College in 1997 and with a Masters in Occupational Therapy and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St Augustine in 2002. Chris is a certified golf fitness instructor through Titleist Performance Institute as well as Certified in Astym tool assisted manual therapy He has 14 years of outpatient PT experience and 3+ years of working on LPGA tour trailer. His experience includes working with professional athletes in other sports including NFL, soccer, Olympic Athletes, etc.

Ashley Owchinko DPT

Ashley Owchinko received her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University in 2004, where she was a member of their Co-ed Cheer Team. After ungrad she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine in 2007. Ashley excels in treating pediatric orthopaedic patients, always making it fun and effective!! She also has received ongoing training for Vestibular Issues such as BPPV and Vestibular Hypofunction. Ashley is here to make Physical Therapy a positive experience for everyone no matter what ailment!!

Diane Coleman

Diane is the Administrator of Top Tier Sports Medicine. She has a wide base of medical business experience; having previously served 8 years as physical therapy clinic Executive Administrator in Brevard County, Florida. Diane was the Director of Fiscal Services for 14 years at a long term care facility and worked in the banking industry in New York for 15 years.

Kaci Clark

Kaci is the Patient Information Coordinator at Top Tier Sports Medicine. She will be the first smiling face you see as you enter our cutting edge comprehensive physical therapy clinic. With over 10 years’ experience working in physical therapy, Kaci is ready to answer all of your questions and assist you in making your health and wellbeing a lifelong priority. When she is not working, her greatest joy is her 11yr old daughter, Emily. Her goal since moving to Florida 7 years ago is to always have her toes in the sand.
